# Intervenção Psicológica

A tab **Intervenção psicológica** permite registar informação como avaliações ou planos terapêuticos.

1. Clique em **“Adicionar registo”**.
2. Pode optar por:
   * Criar uma nota livre (define título, data e conteúdo)
   * Utilizar um template Heed
3. Os templates podem ser:
   * **Templates da plataforma** (ex: avaliação inicial, plano terapêutico)
   * **Templates personalizados**, criados por si

4. Ao escolher um template, os campos já aparecem estruturados, o que facilita o registo de informação.

5. Após preencher, clique em **“Guardar”**.
